Cancellations and Reschedules
Please allow 48 hours for all cancellations or reschedules.
All cancellations or reschedules less than 48 hours will be subject to a minimum $50.00 fee depending on the service that is late cancelled.
Running Behind?
If you happen to be running behind, Blue Lace Hair Studio does their best to accommodate your appointment.
However, if you are 10 minutes or more behind you may need to give up part of your services (ie; blow dry, styling)
or reschedule your appointment and incur a last minute reschedule fee starting at $50.00+.
The fee is dependent on the type of service that is booked.

Parking & Location Information
Blue Lace Hair Studio located at 1657B Main Street East, Hamilton
You enter the salon through the middle door that says "The Beauty Studios"
There is free street parking directly in front of the salon on Main Street East, and also on side streets Normanhurst, Rosewood and Selkirk.
Please be mindful of the signs for parking, park on the same side of the road as the other cars on the street.
Blue Lace Hair Studio is a child free studio space
I have had to make the decision to make the salon a child free salon unless the child will be receiving a treatment is accompanied by an adult.

Chemicals in and around the salon, these can be toxic and harmful to children if they were to accidentally get hold of them.

Hot tools, we don’t want kids having an accident with a hot flat iron or curling iron

I cannot take any responsibility for looking after your child/children. Some treatments , like during relaxing shampoo you will likely have your eyes closed.

My Insurance does not cover us to have children not receiving a treatment in the salon.
I have had to do this due to Insurance and Health & Safety reasons and I hope you understand.
