Salon Policies

Cancellations and Reschedules

Please allow 48 hours for all cancellations or reschedules.

All cancellations or reschedules less than 48 hours will be charged 100% of the service scheduled before being able to rebook.

All no show appointments will be charged the 100% of services scheduled and will not be able to rebook until the missed service has been paid for.

Blue Lace Hair Studio reserves the right to refuse appointments for any reason. 

Should you no show, cancel, and/or habitual rescheduling occur, Blue Lace Hair Studio will require a

non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service prior to booking.

NEW Clients

A 50% deposit is required for all new clients to reserve your appointment time.

Your deposit will be applied to your appointment.

Running Behind?
If you happen to be running behind, Blue Lace Hair Studio does their best to accommodate your appointment.

However, if you are 10 minutes or more behind you may need to give up part of your services (ie; blow dry, styling)

or reschedule your appointment and incur a last minute reschedule fee of 100% of the service booked.

​​Colour Clients

Arrive to your appointment with CLEAN and DRY hair.

Dirty hair can negatively affect the outcome of your color, and can give unpredictable results. This includes heavily sweated hair. It will be up to my discretion to determine if your hair is clean enough to perform the color service.
***Please be advised, this may result in an additional service, additional cost, or postponement of services.

At Home Care

I do not guarantee colour if you are using drug store products at home, it can and will fade your colour.

You must be using professional products that are free of sulfates, parabens and must be colour safe.
